Fixes:

This update will fix random crashes when encoding at the "good" bitrate. This also fixes a crash when encoding at the "good" bitrate on recordings made with RegionMaker.

Installation Instructions:

Shut down ScreenWatch Producer. Download and run this exe file. If you haven't installed ScreenWatch Producer in c:\Program Files\OPTX\ScreenWatch, then you will need to specify your install location and also the "bin" folder after the installation folder.
