Fixes:

This update fixes several problems that were posted in individual updates. It also fixes a RealPlayer playback problem that could cause a "General Error" in the RealPlayer on playing back content. The playback problem only occurs in files that are being streamed from a RealServer. This update contains a program that will repair any affected ScreenWatch files either on your recording PC, or your Windows RealServer. Please following the instructions for "PFILE.exe" for repairing your files.

Blackboard Publishing Problem with Windows Media Format

This update fixes a problem when publishing Windows Media Content to a Blackboard server. This update is applied to the ScreenWatch Producer 5.6 software and no update to the ScreenWatch Blackboard Building Block is necessary.

Windows Media 10 Compatability for Published Content

This updates the ScreenWatch templates used for publishing content so that it is compatible with Windows Media 10. Important information for updating your previously recorded content is also available at this link.

Windows Media Device Support for Osprey Video Encoding Cards

This updates the ScreenWatch program that detects video devices for Windows Media formats. Osprey encoding cards as well as potentially other video encoding cards were not being recognized correctly.

ScreenWatch Screen Recording Software Development Kit (SDK)

This update includes files that will enable programs written in the ScreenWatch Screen Recording SDK to remote control the recording system. More information about the ScreenWatch Developer's program can be found Here

Live Webcasting a Desktop from the Network

This update fixes a problem when trying to live webcast the screen of a computer from a network connection.

Installation Instructions:

Shut down ScreenWatch Producer. Download and run this exe file. If you haven't installed ScreenWatch Producer in c:\Program Files\OPTX\ScreenWatch, then you will need to specify your install location and also the "bin" folder after the installation folder.
