Fixes:

This update will enable supporting recording using systems with dual monitor graphics cards.

Installation Instructions:

Shut down ScreenWatch Producer. Download and run this exe file. If you haven't installed ScreenWatch Producer in c:\Program Files\OPTX\ScreenWatch, then you will need to specify your install location and also the "bin" folder after the installation folder.

Usage:
Make sure that you have restored your display driver to its original installed state. If you had an error swapping or installing ScreenWatch, then you will need to reinstall your graphics driver before performing these steps.

On your desktop, right click and select properties. Click on the Setting tab. Here you will see a picture of multple monitors. Click on the box with the #2 in it, or use the drop down box to select the second display monitor setup.

Make sure the "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor." is not checked.

Select the "Advanced" option and then select the Adapter Tab. Disable this device using the drop down box at the bottom of this tab.

At this point, you should save these settings and reboot your computer.

When you computer comes back up, you are ready to swap in the OPTX display driver.

Note:

This patch has not been tested on all dual monitor display cards. If you find that this patch does not work, please contact us at support@optx.com and we will be happy to help you solve this issue.

Also be certain not to reenable the second monitor while the ScreenWatch driver is installed. If you need to use both monitors, swap the ScreenWatch driver out first, then enable the second monitor.
